Staff question maybe: what bit is used in the TRP AOS grips?

It’s not a normal T10. I want to switch the grips and slides between my black and coyote models but they are a kind of unusual looking pattern. Can you confirm the proper removal tool?

Are you asking about the grip screws on the TRP? I think they are regular Torx, T15.

I get DeWalt torx bits at Lowes. The grip screws are T15. Since you have an AOS you might also want a bit for the mounting plate screws. Mine came I believe with T20 torx screws. The longer shaft on the DeWalt bits are useful to get clearance when you mount an optic.

You guys were right. I tried a different bit and it was fine…that one was in a cheapie kit. Thanks.
