Anyone watching? Tonight’s game, Marner of the Golden Knights pulls a hat trick in 6:10. Vegas 4-0 in the 2nd. Exciting game for sure.

Marner scored a “natural hat trick”. Natural hat tricks are when a player scores three consecutive goals with no other player on either team scores to break the consecutive goals. A rare feat!

Double overtime and VGK squeaks by 5-4. An absolutely incredible game. History was made by both teams. No reason to watch those weak whiners over at the NBA. Hockey AND soccer are where it is at IMO.

Great game , not the outcome I had hoped for.
As for the World Cup, I don’t think USA has a snowballs chance but I’ll definitely tune in for a few games.

Regardless of the final outcome it was a great game to watch. Lot of goals scored, some quickly, some taken away and three other scored by one player. The downside was the wear and tear of a double overtime game on two teams that are already tired and hurting.

Go I hate VGK. Marner’s a great player and I’m glad he is away from the boo birds in TO. I grew up watching the Hartford Whalers and their farm team in Upstate New York. Got to Gordie Howe and the Whalers play the Islanders at the Nassau Colisuem. Gordie got an elbowing penalty (surprise, surprise) and people rushed to the penalty box to get his autograph - which he happily agreed to.

As an Edmonton fan, I’d be happy to see Taylor Hall finally get his hands on the cup.
