STK 1911

Why?
Look, I love new guns and new calibers. I love gimmicky stuff
But, I just don't see this making sense.
To me this is a solution looking for a problem.
It's absolutely backwards

Who in thier right mind likes 1911s but prefers striker fired? Literally one of the best things about 1911s is that they aren't striker fired. Make it make sense

Yeah-the trigger is the nicest feature of the 1911 design. Why lose that for a stupid striker? I own only one striker fired pistol (an 88 vintage Glock 19) and it hasn’t been out of the box for 30+ years. Hate the darn things. That one was bought for the wife when she first started shooting. It was replaced with a CZ 75

I don't see anything 1911 about that firearm! Grip isn't the same! What BS advertising! It'll work for me as it DOESN'T have that hideous 1911's grip angle!

Interesting. I love the grip angle of a 1911. I despise the Glock angle.
Do you like the Glock, or is there a different model or design you prefer?

I find this so crazy. In my opinion, the 1911 trigger is the best design and others try to emulate it. I have seen many compare to it.
I have never shot a striker fired gun and said, wow, this has a better trigger than a 1911
In fact, I have only ever shot 1 gun that was striker fired that had a good trigger, and that was the first Gen XD I had. Factory trigger was CRISP.
I have thousands of rounds through Glocks and hundreds of hours of training...not just range time, but actual training, and still don't like their triggers. My Hellcat Pro is meh.
My daughter's 365 is better, but it ain't a 1911

Glock works for me with the changing of backstraps. Any non-1911 angle works for me in full sized firearms. Not a compact or sub owner even when it comes to vehicles. The xdm's are fine, just don't like the grip safety. My wrist are the cause of dislike of 1911's.
