Supreme Court takes up challenges to AR-15 bans

I think we're good. I don't think that they would have taken the case if they weren't going to rule against the bans

And the timing is great with mid-terms coming up.
the court may rule in favor against the AR bans, but i want them to also be in favor against magazine bans as well....

one ban falls, they should ALL fall.......

however, i am also certain my blue state, will still just not OBEY what the supreme court says.

I beleive that is in the works.

There are many lawsuits pending now field by the DOJ. I think one of them addresses magazine restrictions.

Plus, there was the recent ruling on silencers. Two different circuits ruled differently, which could (should) force SCOTUS to make a ruling. This then could be applied to magazines as well.

I do agree blue states will ALWAYS attempt to circumvent these laws somehow. They probably already have laws drafted to put into place
