The American Revolution

The long awaited "The American Revolution" from Ken Burns begins tonight on PBS. Remember: ordinary Americans won the war.

Over the years I have become less and less of a Ken Burns fan. I think I would like to see it but don't have access to PBS. Just as well, I'm betting there will be a lengthy list of character flaw for all the founding fathers. Nothing wrong with pointing out that these men were normal people that were not perfect, but some people beat the drum just a bit too much and a little too hard.

Ken Burns is the best at bringing true history to life, his Civil War series was awesome!

The Wonderful One and I finished enjoying the documentary last evening. Another epic endeavor from Ken Burns and the gang, an incredible effort. I hope everyone here with interest was able to enjoy, also.
