favorite line from the article- "To no one’s surprise, we find that if we treat talented people properly, it is pretty easy to keep them. Of course, both of us work to that end." Odd how so many businesses today are replete with MBA and BCOM degreed ivy league types constantly whining about how hard it is to find good people. Wonder what the problem could be.
