The Facts About New York’s Ammunition Law

yes, yes it is ludacris...here in the North East.

the anti 2 A crowd are relentless.

they only have to be successful ONCE, then things snowball.

we pro 2A have to win each and every time.

and no, as simple as it is to say, "get the hell out of there".....not all of us can pack up, get up and leave.

simply too many variables to do so.

so THIS election, we have a few Republicans running for various offices.

my fingers are crossed for a major upset.

but this area, being Democratic..??

i can't hold my breath
The only way that will ever happen is if the colleges, universities and their associated anti-2A community leave the state for a “Greener” pastures. I’m hoping for some Republican showing as well. It’s getting ridiculously expensive to live here and if MH and her cohorts take power we will soon go down a path like.NY, NJ, MD & CA.

1st, who is MH..??

second, ALL of the colleges here (RI) enjoy tax free property taxes....

if Brown University, an Ivy League college, were to pay property taxes..??

that might amount to maybe $10 million a year.......

and we got like a dozen or more colleges here..!!

think of the tax revenues we could reap....

so they ain't gonna a no-where's........

I'm thinking they are referring to the current MA AG Maura Healy. She is running for Gov and all signs are pointing that she will succeed.

Here is a letter I sent to EVERY assemblyman & senator in the Socialist Utopia known as NJ, which is attempting to usurp the recent SCOTUS ruling in Bruer v New York State...
NJ Lawmakers,

I'm writing this letter in protest (a First Amendment Right) of the proposed legislation, which will in essence PREVENT law-abiding citizens of NJ, from exercising their Second Amendment Constitutional RIGHT to bear arms under the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

As a note from the history of the founding of our great nation, on December 18,1787, the state of New Jersey was the third state to sign for the ratification of the US Constitution. This means that the state has AGREED to uphold the LAW of the land. At that time, the law of the land included ten amendments known as The Bill of Rights. Those amendments to the Constitution, are RIGHTS of WE THE PEOPLE, which were written to PREVENT the government (YOU) from the MISCONSTRUCTION or. ABUSE of its powers. The Bill of Rights was written to provide confidence to We The People (the People you supposedly represent), and that the people will NOT be subjected to the tyrannical forces that a powerful government is capable of instituting. I invite each of our state representatives to read the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence to remind yourselves of what you agreed to do, when you swore the oath to uphold the Constitution upon entering your office as a representative of the citizens of New Jersey.

The proposed legislation directly prevents the citizens of New Jersey from the free exercise of the Second Amendment to the Constitution. That means: the government, by way of legislation, is ABUSING its powers and subjecting the citizens to the tyranny from which our nation escaped, upon its founding.

Have you actually read the proposed law? Because if you have, you would know how arbitrary and egregious this law will be. Also, you would know that the legislation will be in direct opposition to the US Supreme Court ruling in Breuer v. State of New York. And why should this matter? Because this legislation will open the door to lawsuits against the state. Those lawsuits will require the taxpayers of NJ to commit resources for the defense of a law, which will eventually be overturned due to its UNCONSTITUTIONAL nature. Not only will you be violating our rights under the Constitution, but you yourselves will have violated your oath of office, violated the trust of citizen voters, and abusively wasted taxpayer resources. Remember, gun owners have a voice (as allowed under the First Amendment) and a VOTE.

In closing, the disarming of law-abiding NJ citizens violates the civil liberties enshrined in the Constitution. The passing of this law will make criminals of law-abiding citizens that just want to exercise those civil liberties. And as the saying goes... "When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns."

In all sincerity,

FlyboyUSN, Pitman, Gloucester County, NJ
(NJ taxpayer & voter)
