The left's argument about high capacity magazine ban stopping mass killings is DOA.

We fought wars with 8 round enbloc clips, and 7 round magazines need I say more🎤🎙️

So you'd be okay with the national magazine capacity limit of seven rounds is that what you're telling me? Any gun can only have seven rounds in it, you're OK with that?

Just refer to them as OEM magazines.

Why can't you just call them standard capacity magazines?

Define Standard Capacity magazines.

According to the Oxford dictionary one of the definitions of standard is normal or average.

The Glock 17 was originally made with the 17 round magazine. Normally Glock 17 magazines hold 17 rounds. On average Glock 17 magazines hold 17 rounds that sounds pretty normal and average to me.

Who and what determines standard capacity?

Somebody already said it but the originator or the inventor. Gaston defined an average or normal magazine for the Glock 17 at 17 rounds.

Eugene stoner defined the standard or average magazine for the first AR-15 as a 20 round magazine.

It wasn't till it's towards the end of the Vietnam war that they started using the 30 round magazines.

The Army even packages 5.56 ammunition in 20 round packages one package to a magazine. That sounds pretty normal and average to me.

The Supreme Court defines it as "In common use".

I'm sorry, but it's not my fault nobody likes your idea
