I’ve seen Smolts from time to time at gun shows...never a Couger, though.

And that .44-40 “belly gun” is sweet. I’ve always wanted a “Sheriiff's Model" Colt; there’s something about the look of a snub nose SAA that gets me.

Ha! I was doing a search for "Milt Morrison Gunsmith" with my engine and this thread actually surfaced, and near the top!
I was living in the Rockies when he opened a new "practice" in Aurora and I'm pleased to have had him breathe upon a couple of my personal items, though not originally custom builds of his, just "finishing" on a 1911 & my custom S. B'hawk. It was a luxury, having that kind of talent available for your needs, as I often did in some other Rocky Mountain states.
In the same pile of handgun ephemera accumulated over the years was a card from the late Mr. Wayne Baker of Freedom Arms, Wyoming then in my area of operations.
