There is a Tiger turret at the 12th Armored Division museum in Abilene, TX if you're so inclined.

In 1973 I did a couple of months schooling at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. At that time they had all kinds of tanks and armored vehicles from many countries displayed along the roads. Although most of them were pretty well stripped, many had open hatches that you could get in through. It was quite interesting to see and touch all these vehicles.

Long flight, traffic on the wrong-side of the road, weird food, bad exchange rate on the local currency, no AC, crazy Islamists, girly sports, primative rituals, etc., and....

This is a better place to go see armor in the US, plus the scenery is orders of magnitude better nearby in the Tetons & Yellowstone NP. Went there last fall & it's well worth it. Historical firearms and armor & other military dinoramas from WW1 to present day

I was thrilled to visit this fantastic museum in 2010. It appears to have been improved.
BTW, the big boy is a JagdTiger (Hunting Tiger) with a 128mm anti-aircraft gun as main armament.
