The Tracker should be a reader

My wife is the fan of Tracker and I told her they should read a few state laws. Why she ask ? Well we have seen him brandish a weapon in California,Washington,Montana, Idaho,Vermont and maybe a few more that I didn't watch. I said we have watched on the news and seen all the attempted gun laws that try to over ride the Second Amendment yet a TV program shows how he can disregard what we gun laws we law abiding citizens deal with. I took the time to write the producers and I got a We will look into it. Oh how many have ever driven over 200 hundred miles with a pistol in a small of the back holster ? Every agency that I worked for said no to small of the back holster even off duty and I had to sign a paper that went in my records.

Ah Yes, the fictional character who never fails. I watched after couple of episodes and it got me wondering about how he’s able to do what he does and do it while armed. Another “I Call BS” TV show👎🏻

I watch and love the show... but 100% agree... and then just going into houses and hotel rooms to clear it. I point these huge law issues out to my wife, and she always says the same thing, "it's a TV show, get over it." lol

But also, don't forget about my old time favorite. Blue Bloods, that whole family would have been in jail, or at least fired.

And don't get me started on SWAT. No police perimeter. They can do no wrong, thou they would of all been in jail or fired. Yet, all the other cops are racist and incompetent. I stopped watching that one.

TV shows, just fill the time.
 
Yeah sadly that is everywhere. If you start insisting television shows, movies, plays, books, and other forms of entertainment, be realistically accurate you are going to spend every hour of every day writing to producers complaining lol.

All we can really do is decide what beliefs we will suspend in the name of entertainment, sit back and enjoy best we can , art for arts sake, not accuracy.

Years ago when he had schools across the country and his dream to kick drugs out of America was shattered when a large corporation wanted to be part of that ( supposedly) stripped the stripped what he started and went into bankruptcy. Bruce Lee talked him into being in a movie Bruce Lee was making and Chuck played the bad guy. I had written to Chuck and we correspond for awhile. I gave my son his hand write mail and told him some day it might be worth a few bucks. If I remember right his choice fighting style was Korea, Tang So Do. My teacher knew of it but did not teach it.

i agree...i am a huge fan of the old tv shows (many filmed in black and white), like Dragnet, Highway Patrol, Adam-12 to name a few..

every stinking show, someone, either a cop or bad guy, runs with thier weapons drawn and finger on the trigger.

thank god nearly all "new" cop shows (or movies) for the past couple of decades..??

finger is OFF the trigger.

i have seen quite a few of the "new" tv shows where the cops finger is OFF the trigger

people DO SEE stupid things on tv, or in the movies, and take it as gospel

they cannot separate fact from fiction
