I firmly believe that 94% of folks are pretty decent. Another 4% are on the “edge” and can go either way/follow others. Finally, there’s a couple percent that are a waste of oxygen…. That last 2% cause about 98% of the BS in the world.

Yep, I spent a whole career trying to limit the impact of that 2%. But it's like shoveling sand against the tide.

That 2% are found “mostly” in the inner core of big cities. Although, like cockroaches they can spread out from there.
