The don’t have them here in NC but back home used to get hot wings with taters and gravy as the dipper. The beauty of the wings were the little heat was in the dredge so you don’t look like you’re wearing red gloves like you do when eating sauced wings. Here we have Popeyes and their ghost pepper wings are pretty good but their tater and gravy kinda yuck
