Innocent until proven guilty.

If one has a right to walk free, then they are legally allowed rights.

If they are under house arrest, or other such means, then no.

Agree. Many folks have been indicated and ruined in the press only to be found innocent.

This may sound odd coming from a former prison guard but after someone has served ALL of their time and payed any restitution that's required, they should not be deigned their 2nd Amd. rights. They have shown they have little respect for the law. If they are not safe to be on the outside armed, then they are not safe to be on the outside.
