Seems to me that anyone who will turn in "large capacity" mags is just helping the Marxist gun grabbers to track who has guns capable of using them. In the end, it will help them streamline the registration and confiscation process.

Amen to that. So, is your screen name an homage to Half Life 2?

Turn in a magazine, get fifteen bucks.
What bounty do these eggheads pay for turning in a felon?

Whatever the case these days it works out well to be a felon - skip the bond demand, get your 3 hots and a cot on your own.
If you turn in the felon, you get to lose several days pay having to show up in court as a witness.
