The school was hit in February. It was not targeted, it was unfortunate collateral. A sad fact of war. Conversely, Iranian proxies targeted Israeli civilians in the October attacks killing over 1200 civilians. IRGC and their proxies are vicious savages and there is one way to deal with them. The US is only partly a signatory of the Geneva convention. We signed but did not ratify the 1977 Additional Protocols, which were designed to address modern warfare, including civil wars and insurgencies. Without ratification by congress, they don't mean squat to us/US memory be damned.
If someone or their proxies threaten and/or attack the US, then what you get is on you. Again, poo or get off the pot.
