As far as the Ayatollah and the Mullah's response/retaliation, I'm pretty sure our military can handle itself. And I wouldn't rule out a US "Counter retaliation" effort against any Iranian action that would give them serious pause. Like Trump or hate him, one thing is for sure, he's unpredictable.

Agreed. And whether or not Trump did what he did, this would've been true no matter what. It's not a matter of if, but when. It's not like they're going to just stay here peacefully unless we bombed Iran. Even if we did nothing at all, they're still going to do what they're going to do. It's just who they are. All we can do is remain vigilant and hope we catch them before they get us.

they did that stunt to us all the time, run out in their little boats,

a few well placed destroyers and zip a trip to allah it shall be for them , now that we can take action
however i would not put past iran sinking a few tankers just to cause havoc.

Wonderful solution in a perfect world. Why, exactly, would anyone give up their weapons based on an agreement with a nation who has a religious conviction that you must die?

Oh, and why would you EVER believe anyone who has, a a tenet of their religion, that it's OK to lie to someone who isn't a member of your religion? Nothing like agreeing to compromise with someone who believes they are justified lying to you so they can butcher your people.

Nope. Hard pass on that option.

For those that advocate Israel to give up their nuclear weapons here are some facts.

#1 - Israel has been attacked repeatedly directly & through various terrorist actions since its founding in the late 1940's after the genocide directed at the Jews in WW2,
#2 - Hitler was supported by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and was a Arab-Nazi collaborationist.

#3 - Israel has never threatened its neighbors for elimination. Its nuclear weapons are a deterrant.
#4 - Israel has given up some lands it gained after repeated wars for the sake of peace deals.
#5 - Iran, since the Revolution by radical Islamists, has repeatedly called for the Death Of Israel, and has actively supported proxy groups to attack Israel.
#6 - Radical Islamists are a death cult which have no qualms with dying in order to kill infidels (everyone that's not a radical Muslim.

Lastly, that part of the world has been fighting each other since the beginning of time, and the USA has had to deal with it (Barbary Pirates) since right after the USA started.

If all of that doesn't sink in then...

Which kind of proves the point, without a shadow of a doubt, they (Iranian terrorist regime) were intent on building/possessing nuclear weapons. Huh…imagine that. 47 correct again.

Though apparently a lot of current sitting US House and Senate members are more than okay with a terrorist state possessing the means to destroy the world. Just so they can maintain an anti-Trump posture, I’m sure. After all, that’s their only hope for reelection!
