update on 4 juvi's killing a man

this is an update to those 4 punks, 3-12 year olds, and 1-11 year old, beating to death a man in my city

also apparently, the 11 year old was the "leader"

also it was said via another report, the 11 year old is known to police, as he has made several threats, to kill some kids in his school

nice punk-thug huh...??

anyway, it does not say "charged as adults, i don't know if that will or can be changed later.???

Unfortunately attacks on seniors has increased across the country and the courts seem to be in a quandary on how to handle them because of age. Some are suggesting parents can in some cases be charged as a accomplice in the crime. Who really knows what will happen in these types of cases as there are no guide lines.

the AG was on a talk radio show, and although he cannot talk much about this case, the attorney he has working on this, is going to plea the case to the family court judge, to have them moved into adult court and from there, charge them as adults.

so many here want thier blood, for what they did, attacking him, stomping on his head and kicking him, and laughing about it...

If the victim had shot a couple of them and survived, he'd no doubt be under intense political/MSM fire for killing children. Maybe even charged.
Gang leaders intentionally send out their youngest members to do the dirty work because they know they'll get the lightest sentences if caught.
When it comes to dealing with Feral youth, you just can't win.

Pretty sad-I sincerely hope they charge these and ALL similar “children” as adults and punish accordingly. If they’re old enough to do the crime then they’re old enough to pay these most severe penalty for it. A few years ago I saw where a 16 year old “youth” (6’3”, 260 lbs) had beat a guy to death and the defensive attorney kept pushing the “children” defense. Sickening0

When it comes to dealing with Feral youth, you just can't win.

Same for women. Feral is FERAL. Yep there may be more political scrutiny; but this is where it all falls back to how you articulate the events and fear for your life. Frankly Id have rather seen three, four or five dead thugs then one dead victim

Maybe if we brought back the concept of cutting off the ear of someone who tried to kill you, the world would be safer. Imagine if this man had been dancing around those kids with their ears raised above his head as a trophy of him surviving. THAT might send a message *%#@ around and find out
