Having HEU (90% + is desired) is one thing but the ability to machine it, have the precise HE components, the casing and the fusing, etc. is quite another. HEU in a gun device has been around since 1945 but other than the current nuclear powers with their institutional technical base have them. Hamas and Hezbollah in their current state probably could not ship it in (how?) and how would they build it? Even Home Depot doesn't have the stuff to do it.

E-3's @ $250 million bucks. I read that there are 13 (flyable) of them left? Some 12 Reapers down too @ $14mm a pop? Our bases demolished, billion dollar radar systems gone. Getting expensive quick. We’ve underestimated their drone and hypersonic missile capabilities and their resolve as we did with Rus.
We are 38 trillion in debt now and counting. We have some serious problems here in the U.S. right now. Perhaps it is time to bring our boys and girls home, clean up and rebuild this country before we and our children lose it.
