USS Texas is undergoing an overhaul and refit after languishing in hull issues and leaks for decades at its State Park.
It will be moved back when finished and opened back up to the public .

It is a great tour. Awesome ship and history.

is this the one there was a video of it being tugged to another shipyard for these repairs, about 2 years ago..??

she is afloat next to the dry dock finishing up the top sides...they rebuilt almost all of the waterline and below

look on you tube at battleship texas website and a few others that shot tons f drone video around her

its a site to see
iir in about 16 months she will be moored across the channel near the crusie chip piers near the oil rig museum
