We used to have G-Tec for internet and DTV for television. G-Tec needed a huge tower antenna on my roof for line of sight to a tower 6 miles away. High winds were always breaking the guy wires. And I was always worried that the antenna was like a giant lightening rod, and lightening would strike our house. Speeds were slow. DTV became ridiculous with their prices. We finally went with Starlink (best thing we ever did in regard to internet). Fast speeds and they were able to utilize my old DTV mount on the roof, so no need for drilling more holes up there. Then my wife acquired some kind of "magical" black boxes that stream the internet and get every channel known to mankind. I'm afraid to surf the dirty movie selections, in fear of coming across one of Belt Fed's home dirty movies! Whatever she got, I'm sure it is illegal, but she tells me not to worry about it. Just enjoy.
