Wow, I mostly use there holsters, always liked them and no issues…..
 
maybe the sales did not meet expectations recently..??

or.........

they were named in a lawsuit involving a shooting...??

or...

materials they use are jacked up in pricing and they cannot compete with other companies..??

one of a dozen or so reasons why........and gazillions of opinions why they closed.
 
I can understand why. The leather(if you want to call it leather) was cheap, stiff and toxic. My dogs wouldn't even chew it. Their holsters were a joke. That's my opinion and nothing more.

They were made out of buffalo hyde, maybe your dogs don’t like buffalo wings…….

Some of their Holsters were great. Some were nothing special. But they were great to buy from unlike the Urban Carry Holster which does not fit the guns you order for and the absolute poorest customer service on the planet from the crooks at Urban Carry Holsters customer support. And dangerous are Urban Carry Holsters where your gun doesn't stay in the holster as it seems Urban Carry trys to make one holster fit all then Urban carry holsters lie about it.

Versacarry is much better and I still Carry one I've had for a few years and it fits good and looks good unlike the Urban carry holsters which are dangerous enough to get cpsc involved with.

Ill miss Versacarry and now need to find a good leather holster manufacturer for a lightbearing optic ready holster that fits.

Or if there is a leather holster company who can cut and redo all the crap holsters Urban Carry sent me which are not the ones for my particular weapon. I sent several back to Urban Carry but they refuse to refund my funds AT All and on the ones they did just sent partial funds then charge full price and shipping insurance etc which I already paid. Ordered another then they send the identical crap without an optic cut. Back to Urban Carry it goes with a partial refund all because Urban Carry people are too stupid to care.

Has anybody tried snake river holsters in eastern Idaho? I've a couple that work excellent on my Hellcats.
And reasonably priced they are.
The Falco stuff is pricey.
