Gee, wonder how long it will take prices to go up again once this is approved? Maybe I learned it wrong, but weren’t “minimum wage jobs” meant to be stepping stones to better paying jobs once you gained further skills and/or experience?

yes, minimum wage was "set up" to guarantee a wage across the board that was fair for all workers...not this...one job paid 50¢ per hour or that job paying $1.00 an hour...
all "low end jobs" were equal...
then too, the vast majority of "minimum wage jobs" were for the working housewife that needed extra money, or the H.S. kid for summer money, or the college kids for books, pizza and such...
it was NEVER to be for a family to live on...
that's the way IT ALWAYS WAS....!!!
BUT....
there are thousands of people, NO education, NO job training, and dare i say...IMMIGRANTS taking up those jobs WITH families, and as such....THEY DARE to DEMAND higher wages...??
they should be KISSING the ground they walk on

here's the way i look at it....I'm not sure how this works, aren't us Republicans supposed to be rioting or something? I mean we didn't get our way in the election. Where do we meet? What do we do? Should I bring snacks? So, confused.(Not happy about it, but gotta laugh at crap in your life.)

my wife and i will have to die, cuz nursing homes will not be the "average $12,000 per month that they are now...
they will be like $100,000 per month.....

Unfortunately, that is the only way they will learn. I especially want the rino voters that either didn't vote or voted for the socialists to suffer the most. It is going to get much worse if we don't.

I voted in my very red state. Make English the official state language...YES. Allow citizens to vote regarding passing medical marijuana -vs- the legislature...NO. Make abortion laws more lenient...NO. Make the WInchester model 1873 the official Idaho gun...YES. Vote republican across the board...YES. We be good here so far.
