Walther ppks

Had a SS PPK/S one (German) 15yrs ago since it is a classic.

It always gave me slide bite, horrible DA pull and not so good SA pull. Got rid of it and walked away from the .380 since there's micro 9mm's that do much better.

You may find it more useful

But it's an old ~90-95 yr old mil design so it is what it is.
I could see the bite thing I don’t plan to shoot it much I just wanted it to be honest

This is what I was going to say. The short tang is a bit notorious for slide bite. The PPK/S is a great shooter. Do it.

Yes…what everyone else is saying. If you don’t buy it, you’ll regret it. Mine doesn’t have the “S” on the end, but it melts into my hand, it’s heavy and a bit snappy, and it was my very first handgun.

I bought the PPK/S imon. It’s as much fun to look at as it is to shoot. The gun too! 😎😎😎

This PPK may be close to 1st year production. One serial number charts start at 7700xx which indicates 1931. Another site says that production started in 1930 with 754900. So it's about a 94 to 95 year old pistlo. It is a .32cal which was standard at the time. Maybe one of our members can zero in on the production date.
