Outside specialty teams (and wen yjen proof is in the pudding) line staff met a minimum standard
Which like average gun owners give themselves more credit because “Ive been around guns my whole life or Dad taught me to gun so I’m good” LEO’s have a false illusion the minimum standards square range makes them more prepared tham it really does

Which minimum standards is bad on everything like taking a drivers exam shows in any major street or highway the mini mu should be raised.
