How about a 5” Eschilon with a NJce set of rear adjustable a with the ability of Red Dot folks to have their jam.

I would love to have a 5” version comparable to the size of a 5” 1911

Actually…to play on your adjustable sight idea…

An AOS plate with an adjustable sight would be a nice option for the Prodigy.

As for 5”…yeah; that’s nice length for a 9mm.

It’s about the balance is on par with a 1911 and the other 5 some of us are invested in.

Got to admit Commander, 4 25, length and shorter have been my wheelhouse since day one. Even in hunting revolvers I have only had 2 handguns with barrels over 4.5, and one i had cut back to 4.5, a 4.5 inch Redhawk.

I am sure a 5 would shoot nicely, would even give one a try if the occasion arose.

Well.

A Tactical has the same length slide/sight plane as a standard, so…you’ve got options.

Might be a little more honest, with the Tactical having a Match trigger like the Expert…

Thwre is a LOTs of manufacturers that offer 4.4-4.5 and a 5” version of the same gun S&W SIG, Walther HK Glock (they recently stopped) Canik I believe

Because it’s more than just me that appreciates a 5” auto.

SA went the other way on this one: 4.5" to 4.0", with extended threaded barrels for those that prefer.
