Bought the Echelon 4.5F (nice), looking to outfit a light to it. Thoughts and opinions on the Surefire Weaponlight 300U or 300T. Thanks in advance.

Got a Streamlight TLR-1, 300 lumen on my HD pistol. Any brighter may be too much in a dark house when used as intended. Brighter lights better for very large indoor spaces and outdoors...JMO. I might be too cheap for a SureFire...it's $100 more than a similar Streamlight

I have both Surefire and Streamlight weapon lights and just don't see a lot of difference in terms of performance and reliability. Man I so could have used these lights when working the street.

I just ordered an OLight for my Banshee, less than half the cost of Surefire, looking forward to seeing how it performs. The reviews are pretty good.

LOL... agreed... "back in my day" we walked the beat with an 8-to-10-inch mag light, lol. Which I still have in my garage BTW.

Yep, Maglites and Kellights had other uses as well...and would leave a mark.

It’s not easy to find holsters that work at times. I was on the same boat with my G23,5 with a tlr-1hl.

BPT only offers glock holsters so not gonna help me with my xd. On point offers no level three duty holsters

The ones that we had also had a ribbed battery cap we called "onion peelers" plus stainless steel heads. They were good flash lights as well as being used for attitude adjustments.
