Weirdest Wheelgun of the World Wars: Soviet M1895 Nagant Revolver

The firing pin is incredibly long and crooked as I recall. Butt ugly and crudely industrial looking.

The addition of the pivoting loading handle was creative. Though I don't know why the Russians believed hand-loading a revolver the traditional way was inefficient. Pistol is beautiful to be honest. However too many actions just to fire the gun. 12-20lb trigger pull sounds exhausting. Doesn't make sense to over complicate simple proven designs.

What is the standard FPS for a service pistol?
