That's nice. Back in the dark ages (pre-interweb) I sent a check to pay off my Sears card and sent an extra $20 to cover any interest incurred while the check was in transit. Sears sent me a nice letter thanking me for my payment, telling me I was a valued customer and charging me $20 for an over payment fee. :censored: :mad: :censored: :mad:
Insurance is a scam pure and simple.
 
I had a knee replacement 10 years ago which failed. Wrote a letter to Exacta about it. They 0kayed me along until the Statute of Limitations has expired. Then along came a class action suit, which I joined 7-8 years ago. Probably won’t be settled until I am in the grave, but hopefully will give my heirs some $$. Only good part is that the lawyers won’t get paid until it is settled, either.

Where are you finding 9mm for $185 a case? Around here $250 is the standard "bargain" price.
 
i am about to delete all the BC/BS emails i got from them..

the first one, was sent to me, telling me about the class action suit..

that email got to me on May 27, 2021

so...i had to wait (and actually forgot about this) 6 years...????

to be rejected a lowly less than $5.00 pay out........

oh well, delete key now...........

Those are all crap, I get them from time to time and just delete them, you don’t get nothing for nothing….
 
Frankly I don’t have any use for lawyers. Lawyers, ALL lawyers, are parasites who live off the misery of their fellow man. Nobody goes to a lawyer, even a good one, unless they have problems or issues. Those who are ambulance chasers and even more those who do “class actions” are the worst of a bad lot.
