Not to be macabre, but you might need a gun to defend your food source.

Some citizens here have tried to get local legislation passed so that us folks here in this part of the 'burbs can keep a chicken coop in the back yard. It hasn't passed yet. But I suppose if the SHTF we won't have to worry about some silly city council.

I think the TAL drone controllers were surprised they were able to sneak in.

While I wouldn’t advocate ball ammo in normal times SHTF is run what you can get

That said if ball is all you can find it’s not quite as horrible as folks say just put it where it needs to go on your target.

Last i checked everyone in Boot Hill cemetery from a gun fight pretty much met their demise with a 38~40,44~40 or 45 Cokt round with a lead bullet!

Then there is the African wars where Browning Hi Powers and ball ended a lot of fights!
