What are you doing right now??

Just finished my dinner! Southern fried chicken, cole slaw, and tater tots! Along with the homemade BBQ sauce and sweet tea, heaven on a plate!
Nothing smells much better than chicken being fried!

Tonights festivities include...

Yet another refreshing adult beverage (or 4).

Trying to decide if I want to buy a friends Canik TP9SFX (for $350?)

Trying to find an extended slide release for the wife's new Glock 44 V .22LR

Just got done setting up & restringing my most recent 5 string bass weapon purchase.... She looks weird (to some), but I love her, and she sounds so good....

Very cool guitar! I love me some music, almost every kind. Played the baritone in HS and in the boot camp drum and bugle corps. They should have kicked me out. I wasn't good!

Thanks! The headless basses are a polarizing thing, you like em, or you don't.

Yeah I'll listen to most things music wise, but I play (mostly) rock. 🤘

I played Alto Sax in HS, sadly I didn't serve in the Armed Forces (A choice I regret), but if I had, I doubt I'd have been good enough to play anything in the drum and bugle core LOL!

I've been looking at a 5 string Steinberger Spirit lately. I know they're not what they used to be but I've always wanted a very portable bass. I think the body shape has a cool 80s vibe.

I worked part-time in a music store in the early 90's, and we had a few basses similar to these come in on trade (can't remember if they were Cort's or Steinberger's), though they were VERY weird back then, these things sounded HUGE, such a small body had no business sounding that big.

My only gripe was the double ball end strings.

If it was good enough for Geddy Lee, it was good enough for any bassist IMHO. 🤷‍♂️

Hi,

I started my music career playing the accordion. I had to give it up. One day I left my accordion in the back seat of the family car. When we got back we found the window had been broken, and someone put another one in there.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

My folks had a band when I was young (Dad on guitar/vocals, Mom on Banjo/vocals), they played everything from Polka all the way to Grand Ole Opry style country, they had an accordion player....I never got the appeal LOL!

Just got in worthless fart (fort worth). My kids were 15 miles closer to destination than I when I was getting into Wichita Falls. I got here before them and they're in Waco eating. Time for pizza and a dr pepper. No cerveza for me......maybe strawberry boone hill with the pizza as there a liquor store across the street 🥳 :p🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
