What are you doing right now??

Hi,

I was hoping to get to the range today but I got busy with little chores around the house. At least that made Mrs. BassCiff happy. :LOL: I should go downstairs to my basement laser range for some dry fire practice. I shot really lousy with my friend at his range last week. I was a little embarrassed. :oops:

Is that a euphmeism? :LOL: Glad you got to the range and then cooled off. It's been in the low 80s here today, rather pleasant. Still very little rain the last few weeks. The grass is turning brown. It's a little odd for the upper Midwest.

They are everywhere here. They don't bother me. I'm not doing nothing wrong.

My grandma was poor as they come, she lived in the middle of a cotton field and her house was about as holy as the nearest church. didn't need any light during the day the sun shined through the walls. she was about 80% native American and outlived two husbands. tough as nails. you didn't give her no trouble either, or you was gettin a whoopin. she was too poor to buy toilet paper. my mom would take her some all the time. she lived off the land, caught fish and killed game to eat. she had no AC. had a wood stove and cut wood with a hand saw.

i can see this one used as a speed trap really easy
it goes from 70 to 60 to 45 , the 45 is right at the lodge parking.

we already have dudley on the other road leaving town that goes from 45 to 65 and he hides in a bush just the other side of the 65
folks here are pushing back against the sherriff as the limit is 65 , not 45 where he sits

but yet ignore no trailer lights, or blue fwd facing head lights .. my favorite is stock trailers loaded down triple axles and no lights, no tags , 6 different tires, doing 40 in the 65
