Being on a gun forum is probably not the smartest thing to do right now. you know they will be watching. Gun owners are going to be tested very badly and probably lose. everything you say on these gun forums will be monitored when they start the banning and repos of your firearms. you can get ready it's coming or just give them up like they want.

Things are going to get stupid, so i have enjoyed my time here and you guys are the best and i will miss you. i may look in from time to time but will not give the commies a post to look at again. wish i hadn't posted them gun pics yesterday. i'd delete them if i could.

You guys take care and i'm sure this post will get deleted soon.

yeah, i voted ALL red...but here, its a blue stronghold.

we that are and vote red........are out numbered by a wide margin.

my "new" mayor come january, IS a Socialist.......good grief.

the "red" candidate just did NOT do a good enough job of getting out there.

also our "new" attorney general is a woman, and blue too.

i can "see" many anti-gun regulations here coming sooner, rather than later.

what also irks me to NO END, is the "red" candidates for mayor and the AG's office....???

Yeah things look very bad for us gun owners. However , you know what , I WILL NOT let them cower me. I have written letters to the editor of my local newspaper when we were trying to get concealed carry in Illinois. I have contacted state and federal legislators ( both R and D ) about gun laws. I will fight for our 2A and I won't comply with any unconstitutional law.

The commies only win if you let them.

Everyone has to do what they think is best for them. For me , I will fight them .

For the record i have no intentions of giving anything up, whether it be FRT, suppressor, SBR, Ar15 or any semi auto or machine gun. any gun for that matter. they will have to step over my dead body to get them. and for you people that think this will pass, wake up. once socialism takes over they're not giving it up. It will keep spreading like a disease that it is.

maybe even a new gun purchase, whenever that might happen.

at my age, i stand (literally i stand when i shoot, no sitting down, or bench rest) proud that i can accomplish what i do, given my...

1) 4 major back operations

2) my current knee problems

3) age

4) rather darned good shootin'

as it is my state has some of the most constricting gun laws/regulations in this country on the books.

great day at the range - no pix today but did drills left hand single, right hand single, then -both with left, then right as main grip - exceptional weather.. I'm not giving up anything. we've already had Obie and Billy and uncle Joe and survived. This too shall pass.
 
Well guys, I made my decision. It is just not good for my mental and physical health to stick around any longer. I fear things will only just get worse. I wish you all good luck in the coming times. Maybe in a few years things might turn around for this country. And then I just might come back to the forum as a three time member! Good luck to all!
