What are you doing right now??

It's the dealership here in town that asked me to go to work for them. I have been driving cars for them for a couple of months. One of the salesman had a stoke a few weeks ago and probably will be not returning for a while if not at all. I really wasn't looking for a job but since retiring I am bored silly and wife thinks it would be good for me to something plus the money would be an added benefit. The husky says if she gets extra treat and goodies she is all in. I will see what happens.

that's exactly how i feel....BORED......

too many "honey do" items to take care of...when i was working, there wasn't as many "to do things" on that list, as i had 2 sons, and 3 daughters "to do" things...

i never worked so hard in my life, being retired..

i want to work, but when "they see" i am retired, or old.....i get passed over.

and i ain't even looking for a drivers job, i really want a "custodial" job, preferably nights.

that way, i'll have an even better excuse to not get to the "honey do" list.....

people don't realize, but retirement SUCKS

Trying to keep from throwing-up in my mouth. I just saw an advertisement on televisions biggest trash peddler, TLC, for a "reality series" featuring everyone's favorite felon on-the-loose Alec Baldwin and family. Unbelievably tactless, mildly stated, but falls in step with its usual line-up.

i do not watch "reality" tv shows, neither does my wife...

the only "reality", is that those shows are scripted, and staged, and the actors get a weekly paycheck..cuz that's what they do.....act.

Alec Baldwin can jump off a cliff, for all i care, to me he will always be a killer.
