Up early. Didn't make it to the range yesterday. I was too tired from a week of Mondays. We age headed up north to Grand Rapids to pick up our venison and then up to visit the husband's cousin. Hoping to shoot the scary black rifle at the 300 yard range. Depends on the ground.

35 outside now, gonna be cold for the match. Warm weather gear required. Williams, AZ. got 28 inches of snow. I-40 shut down. I'm glad we're South and while it did snow yesterday, it's nothing compared to what the North got.

the hardware store had them, the "dail-in" types, for more or less venting.
took out the old one, and frankly, i was skeered to do that, cause the threaded area could have broken inside the pilot hole.
then all hell would have broken loose, with a call to the heating contractor and a visit of no less that $200 + parts, and $100 per hour after that.
i hate getting old and way overly cautious about what things i do for repairs around this old house.

I sure was put in place by my wife today. I was mowing my lawn earlier today on my zero-turn mower. I had finished the front yard and had just started the back yard when I ran over a small sand pile that caused my mower deck belt to jump off the pulleys. I drove the mower back up to the garage to try to fix the situation. Now I was 90% sure about how the belt was routed but just wanted to be double sure. Couldn't find the owner's manual anywhere. Came stomping into the house calling Bad Boy Mowers every name in the book for not having a drive belt routing diagram somewhere on the mower. Had to google it. Then my printer didn't have enough ink in the printer to print the diagram. So, I took a picture of the image on my computer screen with my phone. Then went stomping back outside to the garage calling Bad Boy Mowers more words as the wife followed along, just to make sure I didn't start to break things in my rage. As I'm getting myself ready to loosen up the tensioner pulley, my wife points out a sticker that is in clear view, that says "Belt Routing". She says "Is this something that could be helpful to you?" as she laughs her way back into the house!
