Apparently while prepping dinner, I’m ignoring the hound.

well...plans dashed again, for a trip to the club, for 6:30 this morning.

had my CZ 75-B and ammo ready.

rainy and raw outside, and i ain't about to stand in a stone cold range, waiting for the dang heat to warm things up.

my last visit to the club was Feb 28th......

every stinking week, its been very cold, or rainy, raw or damp, so i say..."screw it"

and i loath going to the club later in the day for 1 very great reason...

there is a car wash on the same dead-end street, and the morons block my entrance to the club..there is SUPPOSED to be an attendant in the street, directing cars....but nope..lazy assed bastoidavitches don't do it.

that's the reason why i go so early

at least the public range, by the time i get there, the heat was already turned on, and the place nicely warmed up.

Sounds like my everyday during spring up next to the Front Range!
 
This weekend was very productive.
Cleaned out some old clothes, dropped them off at Goodwill.
Rearranges all my cigar smoking accessories and of course ordered more.
Started in the garage, getting it ready for 2 overhead racks to get installed in the celling.
Had dinner with some great friends, this may have been the highlight
And got the house ready for my wife to recover from some minor surgery that happens on Wednesday.

This week I hope to get the OG trigger put back in the Ronin, as I am not a fan of the current trigger>
Of course I will polish the shoe first.
 
I love trees. Picked this up this morning. My big fire pit is full and another big pile beside it. Have another pile of big limbs that need sawing to burn. And now this to add. And we are still under a burn ban after 14 inches of rain. WHY? The person that decides when we need a burn ban is an idiot. Well shoot. It says my pic is too big so forget it.

well, honestly its term that came out of the 80-90 street gangs, meaning "Original Gangster" a term used to show respect to the older/founding members of the various street gangs, but lots of people in my generation (Gen X) just use it to mean the "First" or "Initial" iteration

But yes, I need to put back in the OEM trigger, until I settle on a better aftermarket one
 
blood work came back for big dog
doctor was going to do an over the phone debrief...now he wants us to come in..
not sure if thats good or bad for the baby dog
really not prepared to let her go, but i will not keep her around just to make us happy if she is really sick in a non smart fixable issue


and its monday
already putting some of the trim up in the new room, mind was thinking about the baby dog and i nailed a piece on WRONG... so its time to breathe and take a minute
