Just went outside and my 2 year old YORK AC unit is screaming. Neighbor was knocking on front door to let me know about the issue. I have had nothing but problems with this unit. My old Carrier unit never gave me an issue in 22 years. The hits just keep on coming!

Doc cleared me to get all sweatty again post surgery. Back into my shop this morning for a bit, first time working in there for over a month. Mrs Greener gets a reprieve from me being underfoot but the dogs will be disappointed

Yeah but should be not crapping out in 2 years! In the time I have had it they have been out about 6 times. I'm thinking I purchased a lousy brand. Plus now I pay for a service call every time they come out.

I am pondering. Got a really good job offer but now my current job has matched that offer. What am i to do?? One of thise darned if you dont and darned if you do situations.

Is this a new/better opportunity? Is it the "same old, same old" in a different place? Are retirement and health benefits similar? Do you just need a change? Are you comfortable with the "devil you know"? Yes, there's a lot to think about. Good luck.

That’s probably pretty quick service currently. Do you have any idea how many people need an HVAC company right now ? It’s a lot.

Don’t feel bad, my property manager told us today it may be next week before they can replace our A/C unit…… but I can manually use it, meaning, take it off auto, let unit run, shut it down for about and hour and turn it back on, may work like that……
