Hi guys,

The name of the band is on that yellow road case behind the keyboard. This is a recreation of The Troubadour, the iconic LA club where the Eagles played early in their career. This is part of the "experience" package we bought to see the Eagles at The Sphere in Las Vegas this weekend. We'll see the concert tonight.

I used to work in Las Vegas often before I retired and left Southern California. It's changed a lot in just the last three and a half years. But we are having a blast. It seems there are a lot of old people in town to watch the show. :ROFLMAO:

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff
70 Eagles...

got it

thanks

Dealing with chronic pain... hopefully my neurosurgeon can fix me up by the end of next month. Pain medications are my best friends right now.View attachment 94965
I just had back surgery on Monday of this week. The first day and a half everything was great. Then my nerve block finally wore off. The pain was very intense. My pain meds couldn't keep up with it. The second and third nights were awful. It was way worse pain than what I experienced with both of my total knee replacement surgeries. Now things are getting better, I've found that sleeping in the recliner with my back brace on is the way to go. And I was allowed to take my first shower this morning. I feel like a new man now, and any pain I have is now manageable. Sure hope your surgery gives you the relief you need!

Glad you are getting some relief! Every day a little better!

Been up for a while. Getting stuff organized and situated for the upcoming road trip. I love to travel but I hate the packing and unpacking parts. Want to make sure all our tees are crossed and the "eyes" dotted where reciprocity is concerned. In the world we live in now, one can't be too careful.

Later I should tear out the rest of the garden, except for the pumpkins...they've been prolific little buggers this year. They may wait until after the trip if they're still pushing out fruit.

Glad your getting somewhat better, going to be a slow process, just don’t overdo things, take care!

DONE...!!

all ceilings scraped and painted..>!!!

also, i was able to vacuum clean all 40 smoke detectors

and....vacuum under all 3 fridges.....

but, i am beat.

i feel like that old lady in those tv commercials....."help, i've fallen, and can't get up"

no more work today

now, just having some pistachios and resting up for my nap

i'll shower later...or maybe not...

i still have to trim those hedges tomorrow.

so, why waste perfectly good water and soap...???

The TRP CC AOS came and it's Christmas! Cleaned and re-lubed, and heading for my range. Have not yet decided on a red dot, still cogitating.
