i think i caught @belladonna 's cold.....
so i stayed home today rather than go to the club.....wife just turned on the heat as well.....
it is now 67 degree's in the house, but feels like 27 degrees in here.
damn, i was doing so good all winter long too.

I take Vitamin C, D3, calcium citrate & magnesium with zinc and an adult vitamin daily to prevent sickness. If I get a cold, it will take forever to go away, particularly lung congestion. Coincidence or not, it seems to work for me.
Being retired, I am not surrounded by sick folks trying to save their sick days for fun activities or vacation.

i take 2 elderberry vitamins daily (with zinc) ...someone here spoke of them as well.

I'll trade you. It's 70 in my apartment but it feels like 90 and I'm getting REALLY tempted to go outside half-naked!
(I won't go totally naked only because I don't wanna give people PTSD & get arrested!)

Well, I may live after all. Still real cautious about solid food. At least it heads south now instead of north. My sleep cycle is way off and I'm pretty weak, but the headache and body pain is gone. No range for me today, obviously. Have to work at moving around the house without becoming exhausted.
I'm supposed to take my ride into Fargo for an oil change and tire rotation, but with the weather coming in tonight, that may not happen..

We like it cooler at night for sleeping. It was 64 inside this morning and since the high will be about 55, I turned the heat on.

93 for us today.
Forecast calls for a high of 85 with level 4 out of 5 storms tonight. The next 6 days are - Sat. 71 , Sun. 51 , Mon. 66 , Tue. 75 , Wend 68 with rain all day , Thur. 51 . If you don't like the weather around here just wait a bit and it will be different, maybe to your liking , maybe not.
