I'm enjoying a cup of coffee after my first workout in six weeks. Wow. It doesn't take long to get out of shape. Not that I was in great shape to start but, man, I feel like a slug.

Big items today: Play an early afternoon gig then do yard work.

Yes it's implanted got it almost nine years ago. Recently had battery change surgery should last way beyond my demise. Was in a wheelchair for two years prior to the implant cannot walk without it. Had numerous cortisone type injections and got strung out on hydrocodone before the implant. Not sure if I believe in miracles but this has to be close.
