Lunch. At least the AC still works in the break room. They’ve shut it down in the plant for maintenance. Sure am glad the 90 some degree heat has passed. For now.

got back from surgeon
doing the shoulder fix on the 10th
good news is he can fix it in a few hours vice 4
since tendon is tore vice departed, its easier him to firm up both tendons and get moving
he said in 24 hrs i would be able to swing my arm hanging down from shoulder to start off
thats HUGE last time it was 3 weeks of arm tied to chest
i might make sept after-all, now i need to work the NEW boat issue more on mrs boatr....what a perfect place to relax and recoup
line in the water, feet propped up and napping

Hi guys,
I hope you are keeping cool. It's even hot and humid here. We'll have thunderstorms rolling through for the next few days. At least it will be cooler.
I played a gig earlier today. The old folks loved my corny jokes. In a little while I'll be leaving for the range to take another class. Since I mowed yesterday, tomorrow will be vacuuming and laundry. Wednesday I'll be babysitting the grandkids. Then a couple more gigs on Thursday and Friday. That's my week. I am blessed.

Got home from work and pumped out and mucked 4 40" deep pier holes I dug a month or so ago over at my brother in law's house and put sonotube in. Then my Mig wire showed up so I went over and spooled it up in the machine and made sure it worked well. It did. In case anyone needs to know, if you don't want to drop $67 on Lincoln wire this Blue Demon welds just as well. No splatter, nice looking welds. $23 for an 11 lb spool on Amazon. Probably Chinese. Don't care.

I just did some catching up in TAL and making this post before sleep time.
Today was a beatiful day and i got out to enjoy it by mowing their lawn. I only did about 3/4 of the half of the yard, i usually do a half of the yard a day. But today the mower drank the tank of gas like a drunk because it usually has half a tank left after i finish the half mow. So that happened and i thought it would be best to finish up the mow tomorrow.
Another good thing for me happened while i was mowing... i got an e-mail from one of my people with pictures from things we've done together and pictures i lost 2 years ago. And the one picture i wanted to put up about a "range day" from 2 moons ago but my internets machine or TAL is having a problem, so i hope to get it posted tomorrow...

Going to try to get to range tomorrow if I feel ok, haven’t felt good for past couple weeks, the last 2 treatments hit me kinda hard, I do go Wednesday for my 4 month MRI…..

its funny and nice at same time
on way home from doctors i was just driving, speed limit, no rush, thinking about where the items are i need to grab at lowes near by on my route home
as i approach the I 20 intersection the 2 lane road becomes a 4 lane at the stop light so you can go under and turn left to head west on 20
or take the center lanes and proceed north, the outer lane becomes a turn off to the right to merge into the entrance long ramp to head east on i 20
but about 300 feet before the light is a exit/entrance for chik fil a
as i approached there was a little car with its signal on to turn right out of the exit from chik fil a
so since the light was red, i stopped short and motioned for her to turn, i assumed she was going all the a way across to the left lane, which is the common thread at this intersection
she waved a thanks and turned right, ONTO THE entrance lane to head east, i busted out laughing as the exit from cjik fil a exits onto that lane.. she headed up to the merge and off she went to the highway..
it was really funny
anyway...it was one of them moments that makes you smile
