What are you doing right now??

Talking with my sister in FL. Mom is sick.. we're hoping it's only flu. She's healthy as a horse except for afib and osteoporosis. She and my sister have an appointment with a memory care place close to my sister's place next week, and they have a bunch of things to square away for her. Anyway, enough of that. Gotta get going. Husband wants me to go with him into town...I don't know why, so I gotta boogie. Later...

had nice range day. My edc, not best but a dead bad guy

Then my new 2011 and holy cow it shoots nice. Ended up taking it all way out to range limit (70’)

Been a busy day, first mowed and brushcutted two acres this morning, then put new fuel lines in a stihl brushcutter. then a couple other things and then went across the street and chooted some paper. first the 380 bodyguard. had to knock the sight over. got it hitting better than this target but yer guess is good as mine where the pic is. and why is my pics getting turned sideways?

Then got out the original survival rifle. put the target back to 40 yards, been a while since i had flash in the pan in my eyes. knew i would be rusty. Also had to get back to my loading technique so i had faster lock times. by then i was soaked with sweat and when i started dripping sweat in the pan and on the frizzen i quit. but it was good enough. was shooting a 490 round ball with 90 grains of 2ff and 4ffff in the pan.

Fine work here too. You're working too hard. Glad you got to play some.

Thank you for your indulgence,

Hi,

The wife and I drove into town early for some breakfast, before the "churchy" crowds hit the restaurants. Then when I got home, set up all my tripod water sprinklers around the yard. Now for a nap, because I'm retired and I can.

After church we always have to make a quick decision if we're going out for lunch. We want to be sure and "beat the Baptists" there so it won't be crowded.

It was not crowded today. We got lucky and picked the right place. Then Mrs. BassCliff and I stopped by a flea market next to one of her favorite antique stores. I picked up a couple of new beer glasses to go in my "one of each" collection. Yes, I have more than one "one of each" collection. ;)
