What are you doing right now??

Contrary to the youtube naysaying experts, these SA Rimfires are very capable. The wife and I are still getting use to them. The TriggerTech Specials made a big difference IMO. At 50 yards, our groups are getting tighter as we continue learning how to shoot them. I turned both triggers down another quarter pound today after our first set. Wife's was originally set at 2#. Mine was originally set at 1.75#. We had so much fun, we never got around to our EDC's.

I was originally going to buy a Ruger SFAR 308 but decided to buy 2 SA Rimfires instead. A great decision for so many reasons ;)
Good shooting!

Nice shootin, them targets be all dead and stuff.

Went to the range after work. Brought the 509 again...man that gun feels nice. It's like I get into a rhythm with the recoil, which is very manageable. It probably shoots so nice because it has thousands of rounds through it...I don't know but I like to think so 😊.

I've come to the conclusion that I need to do something to the front sight. The sights are black and I have trouble seeing the front one. I did manage to get one in the bullseye though..

This one was a bit better. I managed to find the sweet spot in my shooting glasses where I could see the front sight better. Both of these targets were out 15 feet and I shot FE 124gr.

I ran this last one out to 15, but I fed the 509 some FE 147gr, just to see if it liked it. It did.

Did okay. There was little air movement and it was muggy in there so I didn't hang around after emptying that mag. I still want to try 115gr in it just to see if it chokes on it like the Reflex. I was just too lazy to dig some out of the safe last night.
This gun is doing great so far for a demo gun. The trigger is great, it ate everything I fed it without a single issue. I'll start rotating with the others for range trips.

Very nice shooting Belle.

I would pick up a bottle of that luminescent paint. Heck, I think I painted the front sight of my VP9SK with some of my daughter's lime green fingernail polish. It's held up fine.

Your targets are looking better every time you post. Doing great at tightening those groups enough to be very lethal. Good shooting! :)
