i was drinking Ensure for a while......very tasty and quite filling.
however, it is made with either real milk or powdered milk...
bathroom trips and rolls of toilet paper, made me stop enjoying such drinks.

well...just had a PBJ and banana sammich, cuz i finished scraping 2 ceilings, not 1...
the first ceiling went on and on and on as far as scraping went....so, rather than to paint those spots, i decided to scrape paint in a smaller room, and again, the scraping went on and on.....
once you get a good scrape going, it never stops.....danged old houses.
no club meeting tonight, nap time, adna well deserved nap in a few minutes.
painting those spots may now take place on the weekend, minus an hour or 2 or 3, for Charlie's memorial on Sunday.
