Hi,
I haven't checked in for a while. It's good to see everyone doing well, recuperating, and healing. Blessings to all.
I'm going to go play my gig this afternoon then the family will be over here celebrating our daughter's birthday when I return. We'll have a house full of kids and grandkids. Mrs. BassCliff has prepared daughter's favorite supper and a birthday cake. We might have a fire outside and roast some marshmallows. There's a chill in the air.

Weather beautiful! Finished up cleaning the new shower and waiting to install the new rod and shower curtain. Had to order the curtain form Amazon, nobody had the correct length I needed. Went and cut grass out back, lowered it to 2". Will still need to cut it a few more times before our winter arrives.

i actually love mine, but for some reason of late, i ain't been shooting small groups.
but i will try both again, in the coming weeks..
if i still have an issue, i will search out "iron sights" for one, try that, and if all is good, get the same sights for the other...

Everything done for the day. Husky walked and fed, she's looking for a snack. Watching local news then network news--world news. Tired for some reason but thinking about going to range tomorrow morning when they open. Finish breaking in the Reflex and start on the Glock 19. I'm sure my wife will find something to watch on tv tonight. Hope everyone has a safe evening.

I got everything done in town that I wanted to do. I shot three out of the four guns I brought to the range and I did okay, but nothing to write home to mom about (or you guys, for that matter 
). I was pretty pathetic with the Echelon, which bummed me out, but it's my issue with the optic. I haven't been training with it as often as I should. It was fun though. I shot my M&P 45 and did okay, I like the kick. I forgot how much I like shooting 45s. I shot the 509 last, which I'm glad for because it made the trip feel worthwhile. That gun is well broken in and is very accurate, so I managed a nice grouping. That was my best target, but I didn't bother taking pics of any of the them.
Picked up groceries at Sam's Club. The average price for a bag of Halloween candy was $20, and if it wasn't for the fact that our granddaughters come by trick or treating, I wouldn't bother any more. We get a lot of kids every year and it's fun to see the creative costumes. By the time I headed east, the wind was picking up and it was clouding over. I'm glad I got everything done today so I don't have to go anywhere tomorrow. It's supposed to be cold and wet and that's okay...I have guns to clean

waiting till about 9:15, so i can go and be at the LGS to pick up my new G-19..thing is, they are having a Beretta sale today as well, all demo units up to 40% off, and the sales rep from Beretta will be there too....
could be a while before i get served, and outta there.
then get it home, install the "glock store" extended slide take down lever, and replace the guide rod assembly with the heavier tungsten one as well, which both i bought like last spring..>!!!

Had a fall off a ladder last night think I damaged my prosthetic left hip. Wife is urging me to go to the ER gonna try to wait till Monday to see my Orthopedic surgeon. Having some pain taking Gabapentin and using a walker. Pretty sure my range visits will be on hold really hate that.
