What are you doing right now??

My wife got these 1-1/2" thick NY Strip steaks at HEB today 12 bucks a pound. Seasoned them prior to vacuum sealing.

Got nearly 5 inches of heavy wet snow before the temp dropped. My neighbor blew out my driveway but the wind shifted north and it has drifted in a bit. Plows haven't been out yet, I'm glad I don't drive a sedan. Would never clear the low spot at the end of the street. Better haul a**. I am sure the interstate will be interesting 😎.
 
just had breakfast, a bagel sandwich with ham, cheese and an egg, 2 eggo waffles, 6 cups of coffee, and finishing up 2 Entenmann's plain donuts....after all, i am a diabetic, i cannot have the powdered ones......

i usually skip lunch

now i gotta go thru my 3 ring binder to see which 45 will be going to the range later today.

i think i need another donut now, all this typing made me hungry.
 
Getting my internet fix in now. Having Starlink installed and the antenna put on the roof later this morning. The installer is scheduled between 8 am and noon, so I'm guessing he will be here around 2 pm. Living out here in the country doesn't give you many options for internet. At least my neighbors who have Starlink are very happy with it. We shall see.

We have had Starlink for a couple years out here in the boonies and it is very dependable. We just recently got fiber but for satellite you can't beat Starlink

As far as the internet goes, it's great. I will have to wait until my wife gets home from work so she can set up the TVs in the house. We stream everything now, but I don't want to mess up the settings on the tv to connect with the internet yet, I'll let my wife handle that part. The installer was able to utilize the old DTV mount and took down the old DTV dish for me. So no more holes had to be put in my roof. Loving it so far.
 
Just got back from chootin the Gilson, it worked really well no jams. the Atrius FRT worked perfect too. i accidentally loaded two different brand names of ammo and one was 5.56 and other was 223, but they still grouped pretty decent. both the Holosun and iron sights were off a country mile. took a bit to get them centered. the two outside ones are the holosun and the center is irons. shot at 50 yards off a front rest.
