Yep, it does sound like you had a squibb and the next round blew the squibb out and bulged the barrel where they met. kinda weird though that all the rifling is gone.

I always thought all gun barrels went through a test with ammo loaded way higher then normal to proof test said barrel, I guess Walther must not do this, also sounds like there CS needs help also, I had many chances over the years to get a Walther pistol but always passed, can’t see buying a gun from a manufacturer who also makes pellet guns, (Umarex) sorry you have to go through this pain, hopefully Federal can help you out somehow

mrs boatr read in an article that coffee grounds help to respell them pesky mole rats that dig he ankle breaking tunnels in the yard
used to she would sit near a hole with the 410 shotgun and boom another one gone
but now we have so many people in the hood around us and its frowned on
we use pods, and yes i love them
so we have been collecting the pods to be relieved of thier used grounds
next to the coffee maker i have a plastic coffee can
i was gettign things ready to dinner and noticed the writing on the lid
9MM CLEAN so hmm
somebody grabbed one of my 20 or so empty plastic coffee cans over near the "AREA" :ROFLMAO:
