i am still watching my gas level, on my snow blower's 2.5 gallon containerJust finished up servicing the lawnmower. Changed oil, new plug and air filter. Good until the fall. The electric one got a new blade and made sure battery is charged. Blade on gas one is still new and sharp.
Got past the stall, wrapped it and put back on the smoker. Just waiting for it to hit target of 200° internalJust put an 11# brisket on the smoker for dinner tonight. The brisket and some Conecuh sausages will feed 18 of us tonight. Pics later

I went to my dealer a couple days ago and was told a spark plug change was going to cost $400! Apparently they have to perform major surgery to get at two of the plugs…what great engineering!Sitting at the dealership. Just brought my ride in for a check. The engine cooling fan was coming on every time I drove it last week so the husband made an appointment for it and told me to drive his diesel (which I’m now in love with). It was also messing with the steering assist sensor apparently. They just told me that they have to lift the engine to replace it and the job will be about 6 hours and well over $1K. Thankfully it’s still covered by my extended warranty
.
So…now I’m just killing a little time before I text my friend. She and I were going to meet for lunch, but she offered to come pick me up if the job was going to take a while. I guess I’ll be hanging out in Fargo for the foreseeable future.

This is a Subaru Outbackford V-8 Triton engine..???
and they usually break
Replacing spark plugs on a Ford V8 Triton engine (5.4L, 4.6L) typically costs between $200 and $500 for labor and parts, though costs can exceed $750–$1,000+ if plugs break during removal. Labor is intensive due to hard-to-reach plugs, often requiring 1.5–3+ hours. Using Motorcraft plugs is highly recommended to prevent issues

Our wives must have been related somehow. No way I could even make it out the door to get a tape measure before my wife yells from across the house "SPRAY"!
wow, a good number of cars, that steering sensor is inside the car, usually just under the dashboard.....
what kind of car you got...a YUGOMANIA...????
Actually it's a GMC Acadia, built in Tennessee. They ended up having to replace the thermostat...THAT was the thing under the engine. What a stupid place for a thermostat, I agree. Apparently the steering sensor is affected by the same code as the thermostat. Computer crap in cars...Bet you its a Korean car.
