I found LEO's to be about 30% Gun Guys, about 20% Not Gun Guys, and about 50% who were the Minimum Requirements Gun Guys. I also noted that being present once when shots were fired would put an officer over into the Gun Guy Camp pretty quick.

I know of an X-cop (it's tough to call him that) who fits the category even better. Don't get me wrong, I'm a strong supporter of our LEOs out there, but this nerd was a wannabe from the get-go. Very small-town PD cop, and he was young, but given a job with canine after only a few years on the force. The dog seemed to know what kind of person he was, as it hated him. The dog jumped up and bit him in the nipple, so they guy claimed PTSD and the PD sent him to an out of state treatment facility. Word from other LEOs there was that the other LEOs there for treatment hated the guy as well. Now THIS really pisses me off...Claimed he was still messed up, put in for disability from the department and got it. Didn't hurt that his father used to be a big wig retired county commissioner or something of that nature.

The REAL kicker? He's now working with another guy in the same town as a PI! Oh yeah, in high school, the girls gave him the nickname "Stalker (Last name rhymes with stalker and begins with a "W"). He was also famous for walking in on young girls while they were on the toilet. So, if you need a voyeur and effeminate mama's boy loser of a PI, one can be found in Great Falls, MT.
 
Just got back from the shop. Wifey finished painting a birdie on framed canvass. I aligned it inside the outer frame and secured it with a few wood screws in the back. Nah, it's not crooked. Photo taken before I secured it.

Have my every 6-month doctor appointment this morning. It is about 50 miles away, so I'll fire up the old planet killer for the trip. I haven't driven the old beast in over a week and need to keep the batteries charged up. Little, short trips aren't good for her. She loves to get out on the road and open up. Since this is Texas, I'll be cruising at about 90 mph. And still be passed by others.
