About hurt myself finishing off a 20oz NY Strip steak. It was 2" thick took me four hours using the Sous Vide cooker at 137 degrees.

Comin home from the trip about 10 miles from home a huge gobbler just walks out in the road and i slow down and stop waiting for it to move. his beard was on the ground. had to be at least 14 inches. he was a big bird too.

Taurus finally e mailed me with a paid shipping label back to them, so i got it boxed up and ready for the trip back, can't do it til tuesday. takin it to the gun shop for fedx to pick it up there. Gotta give em props for that. some companies like Beretta won't even answer their phones.

Also, my vehicles insurance is overdue. i paper clipped the bill to the calander and my poor wife has dementia and put it out of sight and didn't remember moving it.. i didn't see it until about an hour ago and it's almost two weeks overdue. think i'll be ok. i have been with them a very long time. Ok, i'll shut up now, i know ya'll be tired of scrolling past my ramblings.

Someone gave me an old Taurus PT1911 that had a 460 roland upper but the safeties did not work so I installed a Ed Brown, grip safety, thumb safety, extreme engineering ignition and a atlas trigger this will be for my Kart .22 conversion I only have the Nelson on there because you can't dry fire the Kart without removing the firing pin. This will get nitride finish next time I drop off some others ready.
